Description: NIR images revealed that the HVGGSSV peptide, but not the control scrambled sequence peptide, binds to Lewis lung carcinoma tumors that were treated with both radiation and SU11248. We observed that HVGGSSV peptide also maintained binding to responding tumors when biotin was conjugated to the amino terminus.
