Description: Cyclodepsipeptide (IB-01212) isolated from the fermentation broth of a fungal strain Clonostachys sp. ESNA-A009. The cytotoxic activity of IB-01212 was then evaluated against a panel of 14 different human tumor cell lines. The compound was most active against LN-caP (prostate cancer), SK-BR3 (breastcancer),HT29(coloncancer),and HELA(cervixcancer),with an GI50 (growth inhibition) on the order of 10 -8M.
